  • So we provide onsite Corporate Emotional Health & Wellness Coaching & Counselling Support at your facility.
  • We can schedule the same day each month or at a frequency determined by you.

I have had a mentor since I started my business in 2007 and in 2015 I myself sought her guidance and support when my health took a turn for the worse and my business suffered as a result; I reached out to her for her support and guidance as when it happened I really did feel like there was no way out of the situation I was in, but with the support of my mentor, and of course the support of my amazing husband, I bounced back on all levels and I am thriving today and enjoying a positive future.

Emotional Health & Wellness Coaching is different to the clinical mental health services provided by the medical institutions, in that Emotional Health & Wellness Coaching helps you to address current limiting beliefs, and blocking factors that could be potentially affecting your personal or professional life (maybe it is affecting both).  We help you to look forward and not to dwell on the past, although we do discuss how to recognize past and current triggers that are affecting your emotional and physical well-being.

  • Our 1 Hour Emotional Health & Wellness Coaching sessions covers every aspect of your employee's health (physical and emotonal) and nutrition and health tracking is a big part of our corporate services :
    • Do you want to try a new diet, don't know where to start, can't seem to fit it into your current work/family schedule?
    • Food choices and habits are emotionally driven and we help you to address your mindset and help you to get over those emotional hurdles.
    • Would you like more education on what foods are best for your body and what lifestyle choices will enable you to reach your ideal weight?
    • Do you need nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help you to sleep better and wake up feeling more energized?
    • Is balancing your blood sugar important and you want to stop those mid-morning and mid-afternoon energy crashes?
    • We can give you a complete understanding of what your body needs and why those choices are necessary.
    • Our goal is to empower you to take control of your own health and create an optimal work-life balance.
    • At each session, we will review your goals and progress, and can conduct multiple tracking services as needed such as biometric impedance testing, weight, measurements, WHR, blood sugar, blood pressure and fitness testing services.
          • Your employee can choose to include as many of these tracking options as they deem fit and we can review at each session if options need to be added or removed. 


  • We cannot improve our health and emotional well-being when we are in a stressed state.
  • It is essential to learn methods and develop strategies on how to recognize the triggers that are creating stress in your life, and not simply using solutions to address the stress once it is already there.
